Sorry we don't customize despite our Shop's name but we do have a variety of on hand ready-to-wear imported and locally made pet clothes for you to choose from. Feel free to message us if you are looking for something in particular.

Do you accept Return/Exchange incase of a wrong size?

Our client’s satisfactory comes above all else.  That's why we provide a 5 day limit for items that has NOT yet been used/damaged. Refund is also acceptable via Gcash/Metrobank/BDO. Please do take note that the client must shoulder the shipping cost of the item/s. 

How long is the delivery time?

Metro Manila areas usually takes within 2-5 days. Provincial is around 5-8 days via Gogo Express. For rush orders within Metro Manila, we suggest choosing a same day delivery .

Do you ship outside the Philippines?

Unfortunately, we don't.
